Return & Exchange

Your satisfaction is our first priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know and contact us via email. If you want to make a return, please contact us at service@lockbraids.com with the order number and the problems. We only accept return or exchange within 7 days after you received the hair. We will send a reply email within 24 hours. Please be noted that the unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and hair eligible for a return must be those which are unworn, unwashed, uncut, not dyed and kept in its original condition - with original package & tag attached.

  1. If you have any questions or complaints with the order/products/payment, please contact us first. If you return the items without contacting us, or raise a dispute without a solid reason, we will not ensure your full refund and we may make a complaint according to the policy. The return info will be sent to you after you contact us. The unauthorized return of products will not be accepted.
  1. All customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option, because Lockbraids will not be responsible for lost returns..

About Refund:

  1. If the returning is on our responsibility (such as: Shipped wrong products, Quality problem of products), we will provide a full refund for you after we receive your return;                                                                                        
  2. If the returning is on buyer’s responsibility (such as:Don’t like/want, Order wrong product/size, Damage or delay of irresistible factor), we will remove 20% from your refund as customs tariffs generated by return.                                 
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, normally you will receive your money within 7-15 days.

    NOTICE:

    Custom orders and Clearance products orders

    Custom and Clearance products orders are non refundable or exchange. Please ensure you are fully aware of what you are ordering before purchase to avoid any disappointment.

    Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address

    If the incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause shipment delays or the package damage, Lockbraids will be not responsible any fee or exchange requirement. Please double check the address before placing your order.
